Dear Jung-Won Kim 2009 Hanyang Univ Alpine Club This Letter confirms your expedition for departure on 5/7/2009. As expedition leader, please notify your team members that the expedition is confirmed.
Your non-refundable deposit of $225.00 for 9 climbers in your expedition has been processed. The Climbers registered in your expedition are: In Suk Han, Chong Pal Moon, Eun-Hye Son, Jin-Ho Seok, Seon-Kyeong Kim, Hye-ran Lee, Jong-Min Kim, Lee Sangsea and Jung Wong Kim.
The balance of your permit fee ($185.00 US Currency per person) plus the park entrance fee of $10 per person is required when you check in at the National Park Service Ranger Station in Talkeetna, Alaska. Climbing permits will not be issued more than 24 hours before your departure date.
Expeditions will be allowed to add one (1) new member to their team. This new member must be registered thirty (30) days before the departure date of the expedition.
Expeditions must adhere to all permit requirements, policies and regulations related to the issuance of the mountaineering special use permit. Any expedition or individual expedition member who is found to be in violation of any requirement, policy or regulation may be subject to immediate revocation of their permit.
Expedition members will be required to show personal identification (which includes a photograph) upon check in at the Ranger Station. Driver¡¯s license, Passport, or other official identification will be accepted.
You should arrange your travel to arrive at the Ranger Station between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM during the climbing season. Appointments are required for the check in and orientation process. You are encouraged to make this appointment as soon as possible. The air service operators will not fly you onto the mountain until you have checked in and paid your registration fee.
